How do I receive my Quit Pack box? Quit Packs are mailed directly to participants via Australia Post after registration is complete. Your tracking details will be sent via email from Australia Post with estimated delivery time.
Where do I find my tracking number? Your tracking number is sent by email from Australia Post once your Quit Pack has been collected and registered in their postage service. If you still have not received your tracking details please contact us at whichway@newcastle.edu.au or the contact us button at the top of the page.
What should I do if my Quit Pack is late, missing, or sent to the wrong address? Don't worry the Which Way? team is here to help, please contact us at whichway@newcastle.edu.au or the contact us button at the top of the page.
SUPPORT
How do I get phone support for my quitting journey? The Which Way? team are here to offer phone support Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm AEST. You can book a time at www.whichway.info/quit-pack-book-a-yarn The Which Way? Team will reach out via email to confirm the date and time.
What happens during a phone support call? The Which Way? team will support you to yarn about quitting, triggers, challenges, and planning through tough moments. This usually takes around 30 minutes and you can book as many sessions as you like to get the right support for you.
What if I miss my phone support call? The Which Way? team will text and email to reschedule
How do I contact the Which Way team? You can contact us through the contact us button found at the top of this page, email at whichway@newcastle.edu.au , the forum app or our social media page. Our team check all channels daily and will get back to you as quickly as we can.
SURVEY
When will I be asked to complete surveys? The Which Way? team will send you surveys at 3-months, 6-months, and 12-months after you receive your Quit Pack. We will send these via text message and email and if we can’t reach you, the Which Way? team will post you a hard copy with a pre-paid envelope to return to us.
Do I get a gift card for completing surveys or sharing CO readings? Yes, you will receive a $50 gift card per survey completed and a $20 voucher per CO monitor result shared with the Which Way? team. These will be sent directly to your registered mobile or email at the completion of surveys. This could take up to 4 days.
FORUM APP
How do I download the Which Way? Quit Pack forum app? Go to the Apple App Store or Google Play to download and access the Which Way? Forum App. Once you download the app we will ask you to register which will be checked by our Which Way? team only allowing Quit Pack mob to join. You will receive an alert via email once you are approved, jump straight into the group that suits you (we also have women and men only groups) and start sharing and connecting.
Why can’t I get into the forum straight away? The Which Way? Team need to check first that you are a registered Quit Pack participant before access is approved to protect privacy and safety. This forum is for Quit Pack participants and the Which Way? Team only. Don't worry we will approve you and give you access quickly!
Who can see what I post in the forum? Only mob who are also on the Quit Pack journey have access to the forum. You will also find our deadly Which Way? team posting, connecting and answering your questions.
GENERAL
Where can I learn more about quitting and hear other stories from our mob on this journey with me? Which Way? love to hear and share quitting stories. You can find lots of information and links in the Key Info booklet. Our Stories was developed by Which Way? to share stories of how to use NRT correctly based on stories mob have shared with us. Finally read, share and connect with other mob also on their quitting journey on the Which Way? forum, and our social media channels.

CO MONITOR
What is the iCO Smokerlyzer and what does it do? The iCOSmokerlyzer is a personal tool to help track your quitting journey. It measures carbon monoxide in your breath to help track progress while cutting down or quitting smoking. This doesn't work for vaping. How do I set up my CO monitor? Steps: download the iCOquit app APPLE https://apps.apple.com/us/app/icoquit-app/id1514616823 GOOGLE PLAY https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bedfont.iCOquit&hl=en-US, create an account, pair the device by Bluetooth, and follow the test prompts. Do I need to share my CO results? You will be asked at 3-months, 6-months and 12-months after you receive your Quit Pack to share results. We will send you a $20 gift card for taking the time to do this.
VOUCHERS
How do I get my vouchers? Once you have completed your 3, 6, and 12-month survey and selected the receive my voucher button at the end of the survey we will send you your voucher via text. This is the same process for the CO monitor results once submitted to the Which Way? team at the check-in points.
I can't find my voucher link? You should receive your voucher immediately after a follow-up survey, and within 4 days after sending us your CO reading. Make sure you check your text messages or emails, depending on which one you gave use when you signed up. To receive your voucher for the follow-up surveys, make sure you select 'receive voucher' at the end of the survey. If you have already closed your survey, you can re-open the survey using the original link, and select 'receive voucher'. If you have tried this and are still having issues, let us know and we can help.
I can't find my voucher link after my CO reading? You should receive your voucher within 4 days after sending us your CO reading. Once you send us your CO reading, a Which Way? team member will record your results and send the voucher. If you don't receive your voucher within 4 days, let us know and we can help.
