Women's Kit National Rollout
About...
The ‘Women’s Kits’ have been developed by the Which Way? team as part of a national health promotion Tackling Indigenous Smoking program. Our Women’s kits provide information and resources for smoking and vaping cessation, relapse prevention, and promotion of smoke and vape-free futures for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women in pregnancy and beyond.
Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Services around the country can request access to these kits to support their community to be smoke and vape free. These kits have been specifically designed to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women with the knowledge and tools to quit and stay quit. By providing culturally appropriate, evidence-based resources, the Women's Kits contribute to the broader goals of the TIS program in reducing tobacco use and improving health outcomes in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island communities and healthy future generations.
How can my service access the Women's Kits?
The last of the Women's Kits have been sent out to Aboriginal Community Controlled Health services and Tackling Indigenous Health services in December 2025. That's a wrap from Which Way? for this program.
