Which Way? is a free smoking and vaping cessation group program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women 

 

We know sometimes it’s hard to leave the house, especially with little kids around. Our online program has been designed to offer Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women in NSW our smoking and vaping cessation group program free in their home. The program will run over six one-hour sessions connecting via zoom. You can do this from your phone, computer or tablet.

Who can join the online groups? 

The program has been developed for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander woman, pregnant or planning to be, who live in NSW and want to quit smoking. 

​

What do the groups involve?

  • 6 sessions spaced out over 6 weeks covering education on the benefits of quitting smoking, exploring the challenges of quitting, developing positive self-talk and behaviour change techniques.

  • Journal with tons of information, links to support and activities to help you along your quitting journey.

  • Optional free nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum or inhalators) mailed out to you.

How do I join the program? 

Below are the next dates and times for our online group program. Simply click the group session that best suits you and you will be taken to the  details to sign up. Once you sign up, we will contact you to arrange sending you our deadly resources.  

 

The groups will run via zoom which can be downloaded for free from the app store.
