The Which Way? group-based program incorporates six-sessions that aim to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women with the knowledge and tools to make their own choices that support their smoking and vaping cessation journey. The program incorporates evidence-based behaviour change techniques and culturally responsive and relevant resources and practices. The program offers flexible delivery options, you can conduct sessions face-to-face, online, or a combination of the two tailored to your community needs. The program includes the most up to date evidence on smoking cessation approaches using relevant activities to build empowerment through connection, conversation and personal reflections. Each session is designed to run for 60-90 minutes and can be tailored by you to be appropriate for your community. Each session is detailed in a Health Provider Manual including all the activities and tools you will need to facilitate a successful group session. Each group member will receive a Cessation Journal to work through along their journey, which are filled with culturally directed resources, activities, information, and support.
