Which Way? is a free smoking and vaping cessation group program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women
We know sometimes it’s hard to leave the house, especially with little kids around. Our online program has been designed to offer Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander women in NSW our smoking and vaping cessation group program free in their home. The program will run over six one-hour sessions connecting via zoom. You can do this from your phone, computer or tablet.
Who can join the online groups?
The program is open for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander woman over 16 years old, pregnant or planning to be, who live in NSW and want to quit smoking.
What do the groups involve?

Participate online using our Which Way platform

Over six weeks we will cover information on the benefits of quitting smoking and vaping, exploring the challenges of quitting, developing positive self-talk and behaviour change techniques.

A women's journal with tons of information, links to support and activities to help you along your quitting journey.

Optional free nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum or inhalators) mailed out to you.
